We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
Fragile or Special-Handling Items (Including Mirrors)
Some products, including mirrors or items requiring special handling, are more susceptible to damage during shipping.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the product and packaging are required for damage claims.
Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Damage occurring after delivery or during return shipping is not covered.
Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Personal care products once opened
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
